Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be processed if: (a) you cancel your project before work has commenced; (b) MedResearch Prime is unable to assign a suitable expert within the agreed timeline; or (c) the service cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our part.
2. Partial Refund
If you cancel a project after work has commenced, a partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The refund amount will be determined by the MedResearch Prime team and communicated transparently.
3. No Refund Situations
No refund will be issued after the final deliverable has been accepted by the student, or in cases where cancellation is due to the student's change of mind after substantial work has been completed.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Transaction charges if any may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund, students are encouraged to utilize their revision entitlement to address any concerns with the deliverable. Most quality concerns can be resolved through the revision process.
6. Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, the MedResearch Prime team will review the case based on the project history, communications, and deliverables. Our decision will be fair and final.
