Students are responsible for ensuring their use of MedResearch Prime's services complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting payment obligations, communicating clearly with assigned experts, reviewing deliverables timely, and using platform services in good faith.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in the project quotation.
6. Intellectual Property
Research guidance, advice, and support provided by MedResearch Prime experts is for your academic project. Final deliverables become the property of the student upon full payment completion.
7. Limitation of Liability
MedResearch Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Changes to Terms
MedResearch Prime reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
